Daily Shift Details
The Daily Shift Details module provides a clear and comprehensive snapshot of all shift activities scheduled for a specific day.
It serves as the central monitoring point where supervisors and production managers can track real-time progress, ensure adequate resource allocation, and analyze daily productivity.
This module consolidates information from the Shift Scheduler, Production Line, and Generate Shifts sections to display a complete operational view of the factory floor for the selected day.
Purpose
The main purpose of the Daily Shift Details screen is to provide day-wise visibility of production activities.
It allows users to:
- Monitor which shifts are active on a given day.
- Identify assigned production lines, machines, and employees per shift.
- Review operational status — such as running, stopped, or idle lines.
- Ensure shift adherence and resource utilization are on target.
- Support real-time decision making for rescheduling, maintenance, or workforce management.
Data Source
The Daily Shift Details screen automatically pulls data from:
- Shift Scheduler — for the list of active shifts and their schedules.
- Production Line Setup — to identify machines, operators, and supervisors linked to each line.
- Generate Shifts — for the time and duration of each shift.
- Shift Master — for base configuration (shift names, timings, and holidays).
✅ Automatic Synchronization: Any updates in these modules (such as a machine being stopped or a shift being canceled) instantly reflect in the Daily Shift Details view.
