Artificial Intelligence suite for predictive machine maintenance, telemetry anomaly detection, and automated quality yield optimization.
Functional Execution Modules
Domain-specific execution suites driving shopfloor production, warehouse logistics, quality assurance, and asset tracking.
Manufacturing Execution System controlling work order generation, production line routing, operational stages, shift scheduling, and downtime logging.
Warehouse Management System handling raw material receiving, inventory bin locations, stock requests, item masters, and internal transfers.
Quality Management System for shopfloor inspection plans, non-conformance tracking, defect logging, and quality compliance controls.
Asset & Material Tracking System enabling real-time barcode/RFID material traceability across shopfloor operations.
How the IoT Module Connects Core & Functional Suites
The IoT Module acts as the real-time sensor pipeline inside IOT3SIXTY, feeding live machine signals into Admin, MES Process, WMS, and Reports.
Inside the IoT module, engineers define Data Point Templates (DPT) and assign Parsing Keys to capture specific signals (Spindle Speed, Temperature, Cycle Time).
- Supported Types:
Double,Int32,Boolean,String,Lookup. - Decimal Precision: Configurable decimal rules for high-precision sensor telemetry.
The IoT module maps physical controllers to Device Models and links them directly to Admin plant structures: Division → Location → Asset Machine.
- Device Registration: Unique device ID creation and serial mapping.
- Product-Device Link: Mapping edge hardware to active product lines.
The IoT Data Flow Service streams machine telemetry straight into the MES Process Module to update active Work Orders.
- Automated Downtime: Spindle speed drop triggers automatic downtime logs in MES.
- Work Order Progress: Cycle counts directly update completed quantities.
IoT sensor streams feed the Reports Module to compute real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and historical trends.
- OEE Breakdown: Availability %, Performance %, and Quality Yield ratios.
- Telemetry Heatmaps: Historical temperature and vibration trend logs.
How Core & Functional Modules Work Together
