System Navigation Structure

2. Masters
Used for defining and managing foundational warehouse data. These modules must be configured before transactions can begin.
Modules include:
- Division: Define organizational units or operational branches.
- Location: Manage warehouse physical locations and layout.
- Zone: Specify sub-sections within locations for organized storage.
- UOM (Unit of Measure): Configure units like kg, pcs, liters, etc.
- Items: Register items with attributes, categories, and pricing.
3. Transactions
This section handles all inventory movement and transactional workflows.
Modules include:
- Stock Receive: Log incoming stock from vendors or other locations.
- Stock Transfer: Move inventory between different zones or locations.
- Stock Adjustment: Adjust quantities based on audit or corrections.
- Location Receive: Handle internal stock movement between specific warehouse locations.
- Stock Request: Raise and fulfill requests for stock items.
4. Settings
Customize and configure system behavior and user controls.
Modules include:
- General Config: Manage global settings and operational preferences.
- Sequence Config: Define number sequences for document tracking (e.g., transaction IDs).
- Color Code: Customize UI appearance using color themes or highlight markers.
5. Reports

- Storage Area Report: View occupancy and utilization by zone.
- Stock Receive Report: Summary of all received stock by date, vendor, or item.
