Division Setup

The Division setup is the second step in the Onboard Process. Divisions represent major organizational units such as business units, departments, or regions.

Steps to Create a Division

  1. Access the Division Module

    • From the Onboard Process panel, click on Division.
    • You will be navigated to the Division Management screen.
  2. Click on "Add New"

    • On the top right or relevant section of the page, click the Add New button to open the division form.

  3. Enter Division Details

    • Division Name: Provide a unique and descriptive name for the division.
    • Division Code: Enter a short, unique code identifier for the division.
  4. Save the Division

    • Click the Save button.
    • On successful save, you will see the message:
      DIVISION CREATED SUCCESSFULLY
  5. Checklist Update

    • After creating at least one division, the Division step in the Onboard Process will be automatically marked as Completed.

Notes

  • Division names and codes must be unique.
  • The division you create here can be used while assigning locations, users, or roles.
  • If no division exists, the Onboard Process will not allow progress to the next step.
